Policy sections
Eligible issues
Missing, damaged, wrong, materially different, unsafe or unperformed goods or services may be reviewed under the applicable journey rules.
Process
Report the issue, respond to evidence requests, allow the other party to respond, and use the appeal path if available. Abuse or duplicate claims may be restricted.
Refunds and reversals
No refund is automatic. Approved outcomes follow the original payment method and provider rules when production payments are enabled.
Platform role and availability
LEVELLER operates a technology marketplace and coordination platform. Independent Sellers, Merchants, Drivers, Providers, suppliers and other participants perform the underlying goods and services. Features may be limited, controlled, staged, suspended or unavailable.
Account security and authority
Use accurate information, protect credentials and MFA, and act only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Access is permission-controlled and material actions are audited.
Rules, evidence and enforcement
Keep accurate records, follow applicable law and category rules, and cooperate with evidence-based reviews. LEVELLER may restrict, suspend or terminate access to protect users, the platform or the public.
Disputes and responsibility
Available support, review and appeal processes do not make LEVELLER the seller, carrier, employer, insurer, medical provider, customs broker or guarantor. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
