Grow: coupons, bundles & promos.

Coupons, scheduled sales, bundles, and targeted offers — four tools, one discipline: promote with a reason and protect your margin.

Promotions bring shoppers in the door. Used well, they grow you. Used badly, they train customers to never pay full price. Here's how to use each tool with discipline.

The four tools Coming at launch

Coupons

  • Percentage-off ("10% off") or fixed-amount ("$5 off") codes for your store.
  • Best uses: first-order welcome codes, win-back codes for past customers, creator codes for Levels collaborators so you can see who drives sales.
  • Always set an expiry date. A coupon that never ends is just a price cut.

Scheduled sales

  • Put whole collections on sale for a defined window — a weekend, a holiday, end of season.
  • Schedule around when your customers actually have money: paydays, festive seasons, back-to-school.

Bundles

  • Sell complementary items together at a combined price ("buy the set, save 15%"). Bundles raise average order value without discounting everything.
  • Bundle slow movers with best sellers — never bundle two slow movers and call it a deal.

Targeted offers

  • Offers aimed at specific shoppers — for example, people who viewed an item but didn't buy.
  • Keep them personal and limited. A targeted offer should feel like a nudge, not spam.

The discipline

Golden rule: never discount your best seller just to get traffic. Discount to move slow stock, reward loyalty, or win a first order — then earn the second order at full price with great product and service.
